Diversity values many perspectives, backgrounds, ages, genders, physical abilities andgeographical origins. Diversity fosters innovation and builds an environment that promotes creativity and new ways of thinking. The Sioux Falls Diversity Council will conduct presentations and discussion groups addressing inclusion, equity and respect throughout Greater Sioux Falls.
