The Diversity Council depends on community support and volunteers to keep its mission purposeful.
The Diversity Council mission is to create an inclusive community. The Diversity Council duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
Developing and facilitating awareness activities.
Convening stakeholders to identify challenges and solutions.
Establishing a clearinghouse for diversity activities.
Exploring partnerships supporting the mission of the Diversity Council.
Promoting and celebrating the enrichment that comes from a diverse community.
